The chalet is very spacious with large bedrooms and in the living a traditional Austrian ‘Kachelofen’ (closed fireplace) for the pleasant and cozy Après-Ski. Also the children and their parents will enjoy the children separate space with dart, table-soccer and TV.

Floor heating at the ground floor and 1st floor takes care for comfort, fast heating up after a cold winter day at the original wood fireplace in the living room or the radiant panels in the bedrooms. Free WiFi and fast Internet ensure none of the usual social contacts will be abandoned during the holidays.

Just walk from the sauna straight to balcony and relax with panoramic views of the fantastic mountains. Centrally and quietly located, however amidst of 3 great ski-resorts each of them full of awards. The longest toboggan downhill track of not less than 14km, illuminated and open till 10pm! In summer you are in the heart of the natural preserve ‘Hohe Tauern’ with loads of activities around such as hiking, biking, swimming and relaxing. For the diehards skiing in summer is possible at the Kaprun glacier.

For playing golf there are 10 fantastic opportunities in the direct vicinity of 5 to 35km. Within 5km you will reach 18 holes in Mittersill or just 20km to Zell am See for 36 holes. Another few great golf-resorts you will find around famous and glamorous Kitzbühel.
